Come celebrate my birthday and Big Table Farm, the winery that changed my life!

Y’all know Big Table has a very special place in my heart. I spent years living with Brian and Clare in the house, working in the winery, herding cows, playing with the dogs, and chasing Goatio around.

I want to honor my time there and share my own big table with you.

I will be pulling some very special Big Table wines from my own cellar collection, Clare is sending me some wines from their cellar in Oregon along with some of the current releases from this year’s available vintages.

Here’s a few of the wines I will be pouring:

Laughing Pig Rose

Wild Bee Chardonnay

Elusive Queen Chardonnay

Sunnyside Vineyard Pinot Noir

Cattrall Brothers Vineyard Pinot Noir

Funk Estate Syrah - The Rocks

Plus the secret cellar collection!

During my years at Big Table, I spent a lot of time in the kitchen when I wasn’t in the cellar or in the field. The kitchen holds so many of my favorite memories of Brian and Clare. I made Clare her first proper tomato sandwich with Duke’s and we ate elbow to elbow over the sink together, laughing the entire time. Brian and I did canning projects with veggies from his garden, fixed sneaky gin and tonics when the rest of the crew had gone to bed, and had midnight ice cream parties.

I helped fix lunch for our harvest crew when Clare was bogged down, set out snacks for tasting appointment guests, and organized the storage container drawer what felt like everyday. These memories bring up all the warm and fuzzy feelings - something I want to create with you if you come to the dinner to support the farm.

I put together a collection of my favorite tried and true recipes that we enjoyed over the years. I will be making them while holding Brian and Clare in my heart. We will eat some very special paired courses and our main course will be family style - just like at Big Table. I’m stuck between two of my favorite desserts and might make both.

Please join me to celebrate my birthday, the 3rd anniversary of Honey Hush Flower Co, and my beloved Big Table Farm.

All proceeds go towards my crowdfunding campaign for the farm.

The most important part of this evening for me is giving my friends and supporters a chance to see first hand what it is that I am doing. To see how each piece of this farm works together in symbiosis to create harmony. It’s not just about flowers, it is about building a strong foundation in which to build upon. Starting with building soil health, feeding the pollinators, and giving back more than you take.

I would be honored to have your support and welcome you to my home.

Seats for the dinner are gifts for donors. A donation of $150 will come with one seat at the table.

Seating is highly limited and is first-come, first-serve.
